We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to discontinue the IEC-G102 Series, IEF-G9010 Series,
SDC (Software Dashboard Console), and the software license of the IEC/IEF/SDC series.
This process will effectively begin March 01, 2024.
If you need any of these discontinued products or licenses for an existing project,
please contact your Moxa sales representative to place orders before May 31, 2024.
Also, please note that the last-buy order may be subject to availability.
For users who have purchased and activated an Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) pattern license with a validation date extending beyond May 31, 2024,
we are committed to continuing the pattern updates until the expiration of your license.
For customers who have purchased but not yet activated their licenses, we urge activating your license before June 30, 2024.
Failure to do so may cause the license system not recognizing your valid license period, which could affect your entitlement to IPS license updates.
